Learn MS-WORD 2007 In 7 Steps (2)

Question : Create a time table which contains all periods in one week in your college.
Procudure
-Open MS-WORD from program list.

-Type the text for the title.
-Select Insert menu and select Table tab from Tables tool bar.
-Select number of rows and columns for the table.
-Type the contents of table according to class time table in the cells of the table accordingly.
-Highlight group of cells in required columns, right click and select Merge Cells for repetitive cells, such as; interval break and lunch break.
-Right click on the merged cells and select Text Direction and select direction of the text in order to change direction of interval break and lunch break columns.
-Select the text of the title and change it's font size and font color from the Font tool bar and also select bold option and add a underline for the title.
-Highlight the days of the week and select the bold option. You can do this for periods too.
After all this step your document will look like this;
